These General Sales Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through wunderlandgames.com (the “Website”) and at all physical Wunderland locations, operated by McKee Enterprises, Inc. dba Wunderland (“Wunderland”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order online or purchasing in-person, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Products and Services
Wunderland offers various products and services for sale, which may include:
- Fun Cards: Prepaid cards loaded with credits for use at our arcade games and attractions.
- Event Bookings: Reservations for birthday parties, corporate events, or group outings.
- Admission & Attraction Tickets: Digital or physical vouchers for entry and specific activities (e.g., Laser Tag, Go-Karts, Cinema).
- Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- In-Store Sales: Prices are as posted at the point of sale. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Online Sales: Your order is not accepted until you receive an email confirmation.
- Taxes: All applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout or at the register based on the location of the service.
- Shipping and Delivery
- Physical Goods (e.g., Gift Cards): Orders placed online are typically processed within 5-7 business days. We ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx within the United States.
- Digital Products: Vouchers or confirmation receipts for event bookings will be delivered instantly to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
- Use of Fun Cards
- Redemption: Fun Cards are valid at all participating Wunderland locations.
- Non-Refundable: Fun Card balances are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned or refunded once loaded, except where required by law.
- Loss or Theft: Wunderland is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Please protect your Fun Card as you would cash.
- Card Registration: We encourage users to register purchased cards so they can be “locked” if lost.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Event Bookings: Deposits for birthday parties or group events are subject to our specific cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days before the event are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
- In-Store Sales: All walk-in attraction and admission sales are final once the service has commenced.
- Safety and Liability (Attractions)
Purchasing tickets for attractions implies agreement with our Safety Rules and Liability Waiver.
- Go-Kart Liability Waiver: REQUIRED. Every guest participating in Go-Karts is strictly required to complete and sign a formal Liability Waiver, your photo will be captured as you sign the waiver. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf. Participation is prohibited without a verified waiver on file.
- Requirements: Participants must meet height, age, and health requirements as posted on the Website and at the physical locations.
- Conduct: Wunderland reserves the right to remove any guest who fails to follow safety instructions or behaves recklessly, without a refund.
- Privacy
Your personal information collected during the sale is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wunderland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from sales shall be resolved in the courts of the county where the specific Wunderland location of the transaction is situated.
