  4. Opt-Out: Employees can cancel this SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the short code or number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive automated SMS schedules or shift updates.

  5. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the automated messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact your location’s general manager directly.

  6. Carrier Liability: Cellular carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
